The eClaim Payment Method is currently FREE for our customers. It saves you both time and efforts, from having to prepay for your purchases, and spend weeks filing a manual claim. For specific details on your health insurance plan coverage, please consult your employer or your insurance provider.



*Due to the nature of most insurance policies, only prescription lenses can be claimed as a medical benefit. Contact your insurance provider to ensure your plan coverage.
*Some insurance providers allow only one health claim per insurer per year. Maximize your advantage by reimbursing all your available quota to minimize lost benefits.




What is Needed for a Direct eClaim?



When checking out your order, simply enter your:

1. Date of Birth

2. Policy/ Contract ID #
3. Employee/ Member ID #
4. First & Last Name of your Eye Doctor

and we will handle the direct claim for you! In the case that only a portion of an order total is covered, our staff will contact you directly to complete the payment for timely shipping of your order.
