Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for USA orders. Canadian orders are shipped via the Canada Post. All orders placed before 11:30 AM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day for "in-stock" items. If you order is placed after 11:30 AM Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, your order will be processd the following business day.



Free Shipping on all orders over $99/ $139
We pay for your shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada. Our free shipping method is USPS First-Class Mail, UPS, or Canada Post depending on your geographic location.

USPS First-Class Mail
Shipping on all orders under $99 to the United States is only $6.30 and orders under $55 to the United States is $8.50. Packages are delivered within  3-9 business days to any destination after your order is shipped with First-Class Mail. Please note that The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First-Class Mail. You may check the order status and the tracking number when you login to www.SharpContacts.com and click My Account.

USPS Priority Mail
Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 business days to any destination in the United States after your order is shipped with Priority Mail. The rate for Priority Mail is $8.50 and please note that the day after your order is shipped, it is "Day 1" of the 2-3 day shipment estimation. The USPS do not guarantee delivery times for Priority Mail. You may check the order status and the tracking number when you login to www.SharpContacts.com and click My Account.

USPS Express Mail
Packages are delivered in 1-2 business days to any destination in the United States after your order is shipped with Express Mail. The rate for Express Mail is $23.99. Express shipping is not always available to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses but we will use UPS for those locations. The USPS guarantees delivery times for Express Mail. A signature is required upon delivery. You may check the order status and the tracking number when you login to www.SharpContacts.com and click My Account.

International Orders/ International Global Express 
SharpContacts.com is pleased to offer international shipping, the rate for Global Express Mail International is $35.99 and is non-refundable. Orders will be provided with a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery. You may check the order status and the tracking number when you login to www.SharpContacts.com and click My Account. Please note that to provide safety and security for all online shoppers, international customers may be asked to fax a copy of their photo identification and both sides of their credit card before their order is processed.




Custom Fees and Duties
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Sharp Contacts Trading Co Ltd. has no control over delays through customs, customs duties, import fees, and cannot predict their cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. At times, custom policies may also delay the delivery of your package. To provide safety and security for all online shoppers, international customers may be asked to fax a copy of their photo identification and both sides of their credit card before their order is processed.

Military Addresses
We love sending items to our Military friends! Unfortunately, USPS cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. It takes 1-3 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 2-9 days for First Class Mail. From there, the package is under the control of the military's mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the U.S. (in most cases 7-14 days). The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. If you have any problems entering your APO/FPO address information please contact Customer Service by e-mail at inquiry@sharpcontacts.com, which will be answered within 3 hours between 7AM- 11PM PST.

Order Tracking
All packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation number. This means your tracking information will not be available until your order has been delivered. It is not uncommon for packages to show only confirmation of delivery and not an origin scan. Please be aware that the USPS provides only a delivery confirmation service for most destinations and not a tracking service. USPS delivery confirmation services are designed to be a low cost alternative to the full tracking service and primarily provide delivery information. Confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery is provided. Information is generally available on the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery.

Lost Shipments
All mail shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived in 25 business days after it has been shipped out. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages that are confirmed delivered by a delivery confirmation number are NOT eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address used for your order is to a safe and secure location. Packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Please use PO Boxes with caution. Packages that are confirmed delivered to a PO Box are not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Addresses
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a 20% additional handling charge. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location.

Guaranteed Delivery
We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided to us. If your package is lost by the carrier, we'll replace it for FREE.

Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you say that you did not receive your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier, using the delivery confirmation number we have provided you with). This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. All replacement orders will be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail.




Conditions:

  • Orders placed after 11:30 A.M PST will be processed the following business day.
  • United States Armed Forces (APO/FPO) will be the same as US domestic shipping rates shown above.
  • US orders are shipped from the US warehouse, Canadian orders are shipped from the Canadian warehouse.
  • You must allow enough time for the carrier to delivery your package. In the care of the USPS and Canada Post. it can take up to 20 business days to delivery your package. Please wait the required time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
  • Please don't file a lost claim to us if the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will not send a replacement.
  • Several Products are made-to-order and as such are custom made to meet your prescription requirements. In such cases, every effort will be made to provide you with an accurate expected date of delivery shortly after placing your order.
  • All other countries: We ship orders worldwide every day. Delivery times are usually 5-10 days from dispatch. Please check with the customs department in your country for customs fees or duties. International orders will be shipped only at the billing address. We will also combine other shipments to the United Kingdom to avoided their additional custom surcharges.

Please note that Sharp Contacts will uses all it's resources to get your order shipped, if at anytime you feel your package is taking longer than it should, please contact our customer service center and we will not hesitate to assist with you in resolving the issue.
