Typographical Errors

the event that a Sharp Contacts Trading Co Ltd product is mistakenly
listed at an incorrect price, Sharp Contacts Trading Co Ltd reserves
the right to refuse and/or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price, spelling. Sharp Contacts Trading Co Ltd
reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any such orders whether
and/or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your

optician valid prescription is required. You hereby certify that you
have a valid prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering.
You represent and warrant to Sharp Contacts by placing an order that
your information you enter into our site is valid, true, matches and
exactly your prescription as provided by your optician. Please read all
product(s) packaging carefully before using any product(s) purchased
from our site. You understand that SharpContacts.com will not fulfill your
order unless you have a valid prescription. These terms
and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site
and/or completing the registration and/or shopping process. These terms
and conditions, and/or any part of them, may be terminated by Sharp
Contacts Trading Co Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason. The
provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of
Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any

Guarantee and Return
Sharp Contacts love our customers, our promise is your 100% satisfaction. We guarantee that you will receive the exact types, brands and
quantities of items specified in your orders. We will ship out the
quantities according the Total Quantities and pick from Right eye (OD)
to Left eye (OS) quantities or in-stock items. All of our products can
be refunded or issue a store credit except unsealed lenses, opened
packages, custom made lenses, special effects lenses and trial lenses.
Products can be exchanged and/or returned within 30 days of the
original ship date and customers must via email with our Customer
Service Center at
inquiry@sharpcontacts.com to give you an authorization number before you wish to return and/or
exchange any products (obtain a RMA from and return authorization number is
required). Sunglasses/ related products and can be return and/or
exchange up to 15 days. We are not permitted by federal law to accept
returns or exchanges of opened boxes, unseal lenses or opened vials.
All products returns and/or exchanges can be made with product(s) in
their Original Package/ Condition, Original Sealed
and Unopened purchased from Sharp Contacts. custom made lenses, special
effects lenses and trial lenses are final sale, cannot be returned
and/or exchanged. If
you wish to return and/or exchange any products, please package your
items carefully to ensure your lenses are not damaged in shipment. We
cannot issue credit, refund or exchange for items damaged and/ or lost
in transit to our shipping department. To ensure safe delivery,
customers should ship your package using a Trackable/ Traceable carrier
and avoid use an envelope or any flat pack. Please note twenty percent re-stocking fee may apply on all contact lenses/ related products and thirty-five percent
re-stocking fee may apply on all sunglasses/ related products. Shipping
and handling charges can not be refunded. Sharp Contacts Trading Co
Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision of the
return/exchange item(s).
Shipping Methods and Availability
Sharp
Contacts can guarantee that we will use the shipping method that you
chose. All confirmed orders will ship out as the same day before 12:00
P.M PST unless the conditions of back ordered or out of stock items.
Back ordered means the product(s) is currently no stock in all
manufactures. We are unable to obtain a precise date of availability
from our manufacturers, however, we will try our best to confirm
availability dates. Out of stock means the product(s) is temporary no
stock in our office, we will ship out the order from our manufactures.
The availability shown on our web site is approximately only, means the
product(s) will be shipped as soon as the order is processed and
inventory is replenished. For any
reason(s) the package that has been sent to the customer(s) are to be
returned such as wrong address, refused address etc., all re-shipping fees charged by the shipping company(s) will
be applied to the customer every time the package is sent. Item(s) will
be re-shipped once we have process the all re-shipping fees. Please note shipments may delays are expected on holidays.
Discount and Rebate

Contacts pricing is a case in point. We save you valuable time by
eliminating the need for price quotes. Neglected to type in any coupon
code(s) for discount(s) and/or rebate(s) that we have
provided. These instant rebates are valid for the specified periods only and they have no cash redemption value. These instant rebates may not be combined with any other offer(s)/
discount(s)/ coupon(s) or/and rebate(s) unless otherwise specified.
Prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice. Sharp Contacts has no responsibility to refund or/and deduct
for any discount(s) or/and rebate(s) amounts. Sharp
Contacts Trading Co Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision
of all discount(s) or/and rebate(s).
Gift Certificate and Store Credit
Issued
from Sharp Contacts Trading Co Ltd. gift certificate can be purchase of
any amounts and valid for 12 months, starting from purchase date. We do
not charge any extra fees for the gift certificate or store credit and
the gift certificate or store credit not redeemable for cash. The gift
certificate code will be send within 12 hours of
receiving your
order by e-mail.
Valid Prescription Required
You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact
lenses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to SharpContacts.com
by placing an order that your information you enter into the Site is
valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your
eye care provider. You further certify that you will renew your
prescription in strict accordance with your eye care provider's
suggested regime. You understand that SharpContacts.com will not fulfill your
order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our
contacting your eye care provider, if necessary, we will need you to verify your
prescription information and any other necessary information.
Defective Products and Ripped Lens
We guarantee that all of our lenses are original sealed, original package and unopened from manufacturer and under the full manufacturer's warranty. In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not unseal and throw the
lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis.
Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, a
replacement lens will be issued at no cost. Please note that defective
lenses may not issue refunds and can only be exchanged for the exact same products, color and prescription.
Damaged Items
Sharp Contacts can guarantee that you can return any damaged items. All
damaged items must be reported to Sharp Contacts within 5 days of
receiving your
order and keep the product and its original packaging. If these
steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able
to be a candidate for the insurance claim.
Taxes and Currency
Sharp
Contacts do not charge any sales tax for US customers. However, sales
tax could be charged
by domestic government. Customer is responsible for such tax. Request
more information from your domestic customs department. All prices on
the site are now reflected in United States dollars. Currency exchanges
will be performed by your credit card company during the billing
process. Contact with your credit card company for information
regarding the exchange rates.
Insurance and Tracking
All
shipping methods are included Insurance and Tracking number excepted
Canada Post Regular Mail. Canada Post Regular Mail shipping method will
not provide any Insurance or Tracking number. Other shipping methods
are maximum coverage up to $200 to $500USD depends on the shipping
methods that you chose. Customers has responsibility to provide or
enter into our site is valid, true information such as Billing Address,
Shipping Address, Name, Contact Numbers. Sharp Contacts Trading Co Ltd.
reserves the right to make the final decision of the Insurance and
Tracking number issues.

agrees that: any and all disputes, claims and causes of action
